Clothing Disposal FAQs

How Does it work?

Grab your phone and click our link. Once you scan all your items up into the lens, our AI starts identifying what garments you have. Once completed, place items in bags outside of your door! 
Items are intelligently routed  to the appropriate recycler.

What items can be picked up?

We accept any identifiable clothing, shoe, or accessory item regardless of condition. Items however should be generally clean to the touch and not soiled.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount of items that can be discarded?

No, though we prefer you wait until you have 5 or more garments, it's not required. If you are say clearing an estate's worth of clothing, that's also ok too. Just make sure the number of bags is indicated so the appropriate size vehicle is alerted. 

How can I schedule a pickup?

You can easily set a pickup through our online platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What happens to the donated clothing?

Donated clothing is sorted, recycled, and redistributed for other fashion and non-fashion uses domestically.

Does it matter what type of bags my items go in before placing them outside my door?

No. Any bag that can be tied off or closed to secure items works fine. Boxes are only preferred if they can be taped on both sides. Any soft bags, such as cloth or plactic bags that you have waiting to be recycled can be put to great use for this.

Are donations tax-deductible?

Yes, all clothing donations made to us are tax-deductible, and we provide printable e-receipts for your records.
